He's not particularly evil. It's just that he wants to enslave all of mankind and be the most powerfull being in the universe. Calculated and clever he somehow always manages to save the day (and his skin), much to his annoyance. There's one thing he hates most though, and that's women. If it were up to him they'd all be treated as cattle.
