"It's a hi/fi! It's a studio!"

So I was wandering around a flea market when I came upon this.

Yes it's a hi/fi stereo with a built in studio. Designed for the hobby djs and mcs. I bought it for 20 euros. Testing it out I was surprised by the quality. It's actually a whole lot better than what you'd expect. My idea was to take off the front and turn it into a seperate mixing panel and record player as it's rather clunky now. The record player is actually is full working order. Quite surprising.

It's a neat toy to play with that's for sure. :-P

Well, a week long break helped a lot.

I now have most of the story written out. Meaning I can update more properly and not 'wing it' all the time.

Also, last week I got my cintiq. Which is totally awesome. As I progress I hope to improve my art. And increase my productivity.

UPDATE: Start of the week was a bit bumpy. With Tuesday and Wednesday being late. But I made up for it. Because as I'm writing this Thursday and Friday are already completely done! You heard it. I have a buffer of two comics. Let's hope it lasts.

No new comics for a week

I hate to do this. But right now I have to.

This week there will be no updates.

There's two reasons for this. Last few weeks I've been winging it too much with the comic. So I'm going to use this week to write up a proper story.

The other reason is of personal nature.

Really hate doing this. But for now it's for the best.

On a brighter note I will be getting my Cintiq 12WX. So I will return with better art.

Cloverfield and other stuff

Recently I got a chance to see Cloverfield. Not sure what to say. It's 'cute' and that about sums it up. I liked the idea of the story. But the workout was terrible. And I'm not even referring to the camera work. For one thing there were no ugly people. Even the extras weren't ugly. Secondly the main characters were idiots. The point of a movie is that I 'care' about the main characters, but these people were so shallow and moronic that I really didn't care about what happened to them.

In other news I've been learning Python and Django which is all very sleek and much to my liking. I'm going to recode this website using python and Django. Which should be an interesting project and will also improve the backend of this website.
